PINNACLE 30 SC is a systematic, highlyselective post-emergent herbicide for the control of grasses and broadleafweeds in corn and sugarcane. Its mode of action is the inhibition of the enzyme4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (4-HPPD) that control carotenoid biosynthesis.Consequently, degradation of chlorophyl causes chlorosis, albinism, andnecrosis in susceptible plants.
